Handcrafted Wood Furniture
When it comes to creating custom furniture, we enjoy the challenge of handcrafting pieces that celebrate form and function equally — and offer a sense of discovery. We include small details on an end table or a credenza to be noticed by a careful eye and a sensitive hand. I use the technique of parquetry, for example, to showcase individual pieces of wood brought together to create a balanced composition. Every piece tells a unique story, whether through patterns or the history of wood itself. And our thoughtful, curious, intentional design inspires us to solve the most unique of challenges (ask about Chair7, designed to promote better posture and more active sitting). Regardless of what you want to build, my intention is to create a centerpiece you’ll love to gather around, dine at, sit on, look at, and display everyday.
